Your Impact

Collaborate with the product team to propel our product vision forward
Within a cross-functional product team, you'll create value for our customers, test and develop new ideas, and be responsible for the team's outcomes
Monitor relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and continually enhance them
Your focus will centre on optimizing the conversion rate, acquiring new customers, and
enhancing the overall customer experience
With your product-led growth approach, you’ll define opportunities to drive growth with new
functionalities in the app
Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and preferences, all while
operating with a user-centric approach
Actively contribute your ideas and input while seeking out creative and pragmatic solutions

RABOT Charge is an independent supplier of 100 % renewable energy, offering dynamic electricity tariffs to private and business customers. Our innovative approach involves just-in-time buying strategies at the stock exchange, ensuring both ecological sustainability and cost optimization for domestic charging management. Aufgaben

gemeinsam mit dem Produktteam treibst du unsere Produktvision voran
in crossfunktionalen Produktteam generierst du Value für unsere Kunden, testest und entwickelst neue Ideen und bist dabei für den Outcome des Teams verantwortlich
du hast die relevanten KPIs im Blick und vebesserst diese kontinuierlich
dein Fokus liegt auf der Optimierung des Kundenerlebnisses (Neu- und Bestandskunden) sowie der Neuentwicklung relevanter Funktionalitäten. Die technischen Voraussetzungen dafür hast du stets im Blick.
du kennst alle relevanten Stakeholder aus Marketing, Sales und Geschäftsführung und arbeitest mit einem user-centric apporoach
du bringst aktiv deine Ideen und Input ein und findest kreative und pragmatische Lösungen

Qualifikation

ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium
du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Produktmanager und kennst du die Arbeitsweise eines modernen Produktmanagements gut
Discovery und Delivery sind dir keine Fremdworte
eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
Interesse am deutschen und an den europäischen Energiemärkten und Lust auf dynamische Tätigkeiten im schnellen Start-up-Kosmos
Motivation, dich schnell und engagiert einzuarbeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
