Your Impact

Transforming intricate business processes into an intuitive and sophisticated user and product experience, progressing from conceptualization to the development-ready stage with high-fidelity mock-ups
Creation of impactful product and app designs, making this role pivotal for shaping the visual identity and user experience of our applications
Developing process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to effectively communicate design strategies and intricate interaction behaviours
Offering expertise in enhancing the user experience of our applications through strategic design and performance optimizations
Leading cross-team conceptual development and design documentation, collaborating closely with PMs, engineers, business teams, and senior management
Contributing to multiple projects within an agile, fast-paced environment
Serving as the go-to team member for inquiries or clarifications on UI/UX matters

What can you bring

Demonstrated expertise as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or in a comparable role
Showcase a portfolio reflecting experience in digital product design
Strong comprehension of UX and user-centric design processes, coupled with proficiency in data-driven analytics
Capability to influence others effectively in setting and attaining goals and deadlines
Proficient in project prioritization and management
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in a professional context
Proficient in utilizing Figma for design tasks
Background in a product-led growth environment
Fluent German

RABOT Charge is an independent supplier of 100 % renewable energy, offering dynamic electricity tariffs to private and business customers. Our innovative approach involves just-in-time buying strategies at the stock exchange, ensuring both ecological sustainability and cost optimization for domestic charging management. By passing on exchange buying prices to our customers, we can save them up to 35 % on their electricity bills.
