This pivotal role focuses on optimizing our billing and tariff structures, ensuring they are competitive, market-aligned, and seamlessly integrated with our billing and invoicing software. Your expertise will drive the evolution of adaptive tariff strategies and the promotion of green energy solutions, directly impacting customer satisfaction and market leadership.

Your Impact

Lead the development and continuous improvement of our billing systems to deliver exceptional value to customers.
Design and refine tariff models to remain competitive and aligned with industry trends, customer needs, and green energy initiatives.
Conduct thorough market analysis and gather user insights to ensure our energy tariffs meet customer expectations and industry standards.
Work cross functional and closely with Engineering, Product Design, and the Billing team to implement technical and strategic improvements.
Align product enhancements with core KPIs to drive business success.
Maintain adherence to energy market regulations and uphold transparency and trust in all billing practices and tariff offerings.

What can you bring

Energy Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the energy sector, with a deep understanding of how tariffs and pricing work, ideally from an energy supplier, smart meter company, or a firm specializing in billing systems for energy companies.
Product Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex products, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver impactful results.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with billing software systems and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams on technical improvements.
Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze market data and customer feedback, translating insights into strategic decisions.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs, driving satisfaction, and fostering the adoption of green energy solutions.
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of energy market regulations and a proven ability to ensure compliance in product offerings.
Language Skills: Fluency in both English and German.
Location: Willingness to be based in or relocate to Hamburg
