Your Impact

Seamlessly integrate new smart assets into the RABOT Charge app, ensuring a comprehensive and intelligent ecosystem for users.
Spearhead the development of smart charging modules, ensuring our solutions stay ahead of the market curve. Your vision will shape the future of smart charging technologies.
Utilize a data-driven approach to inform product development, identifying key trends, behaviors, and opportunities for innovation within the smart charging domain.
Place users at the heart of product development. Collaborate with UX designers to ensure our smart charging solutions are not only functional but also intuitive and engaging.
Work closely with engineers, UX designers, and data analysts in a cross-functional setup. Your leadership will ensure cohesive efforts that result in the best possible outcomes for our customers.
Be the driving force behind the continuous enhancement of our smart charging solutions. Ensure that new features and improvements are regularly integrated and effectively communicated to our customer base.

What can you bring

Proven Experience in Product or Project Management: You have a solid background in product or project management, with a track record of successfully bringing technological solutions to market.
A Data-Driven Mindset: You are adept at using data to make informed decisions, identify opportunities, and solve complex problems.
User-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of the importance of user experience in product development, with the ability to empathize with and anticipate user needs.
Ability to Work Cross-Functionally: You are experienced in collaborating with teams across disciplines, including engineering, UX, and data analysis, to achieve exceptional product outcomes.
Passion for Innovation: Your drive to innovate and improve products continuously will ensure that RABOT Charge remains a leader in smart charging solutions.
Fluency in both English and German: Essential to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders and customers.
Experience in Smart Energy Assets: Background in smart energy assets or similar domains (e.g., smart charging, smart heating) is a plus
Location: Based in Hamburg or willing to relocate to Hamburg
