As the Manager of Marketing Analytics & Technology, you will be pivotal to ensuring we have a data-driven and scalable approach to Marketing. You will be responsible for the accuracy, scalability, and performance of our marketing analytics and technology stack, empowering marketing and sales teams with actionable insights and streamlined workflows. Collaborating with Business Intelligence and Engineering, you'll ensure our systems meet current needs and adapt to the evolving demands as we scale our business.
Your Impact
Your Key Responsibilities

Tagging Excellence
  • Ensure reporting accuracy and integrity across marketing data sources (e.g., GA4, Ad Platforms etc.)
  • Manage and optimize the marketing analytics setup, including GTM, GA4, server side tracking etc.
  • Ensure we implement a scalable campaign architecture with consistent and granular UTM parameters
  • Regularly audit and monitor tags and pixels, to ensure our tagging/tracking is robust and compliant
Marketing Workflows
  • Partner with Business Intelligence to develop data downloaders for integrating real-time data from platforms like Google and Meta into reporting systems, and ingesting manual ad costs
  • Enhance our CRM infrastructure by integrating HubSpot, Klaviyo etc. with accurate triggers based on website / customer action triggers
Attribution
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence to refine data capture granularity within the Customer Data Platform for attribution and personalization, in future
  • Research, implement, and manage third party multichannel attribution systems (e.g., Marketing Mix Modeling MMM and/or Multi-touch attribution MTA)
What can you bring
What You'll Need?
  • 5+ years of demonstrated track record in marketing analytics, MarTech, or a related role
  • Comfortable working crossfunctionally with Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Marketing teams
  • Technical Skills:
           - Proficiency in tech aspects of Google Analytics (GA4)m GTM, Google Ads, Meta, AWIN etc.
           - Strong understanding of UTM campaign structuring and attribution systems
           - Strong analytical skills experience with automating workflows and creating scalable, efficient systems of                campaign management and reporting
  • Preferable
          - Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo) and intefration workflows
          - Experience with server side tracking and advanced tagging solutions (e.g., Facebook CAPI)
