RABOT Energy is transforming the way people and businesses consume green energy. Having built a strong footprint in the B2C space, we’re now stepping into the industrial B2B market — and we’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive this new initiative from day one.
You’ll play a key role in building our product offering for industrial and commercial clients — such as manufacturing businesses, large facilities, and energy-intensive industries — helping them better manage, procure, and optimize their energy use.
This is a unique opportunity to shape a new business unit within a fast-moving startup — with the resources of an established product, data, and engineering team behind you.
RABOT Energy is at a turning point — our consumer products have gained strong traction, and we’re ready to bring our energy expertise to the industrial market. This role is an opportunity to define what B2B means at RABOT from the ground up — with high autonomy, strategic impact, and a clear path for growth.
What can you bring
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in the energy, utilities, or industrial software space
- Strong knowledge of industrial energy markets, customer pain points, and how energy delivery works in practice
- Comfortable engaging directly with corporate clients and Energy Managers
- Commercial mindset: you can think like a customer, but also like a salesperson
- Experience building B2B or enterprise SaaS tools (bonus for billing, contract management, or usage analytics features)
- Highly structured and self-driven — able to navigate ambiguity and lead initiatives independently
- Excellent communication skills — fluent in both German and English (German C1+ required)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg
What success looks like (6–12 months):
- You’ve conducted in-depth discovery with multiple industrial clients and helped shape the first iteration of our B2B energy product
- You’ve aligned internal teams (engineering, sales, operations) around a shared B2B roadmap
- You’ve launched a pilot product or service that’s already being used by real industry customers
- You’ve laid the foundations for a scalable B2B offering — with feedback loops, adoption metrics, and a clear product strategy
